Does not seem to provide a lot of relief for lower back pain, and the wrinkle reduction claim is iffy. I have used the light around 8 times on my face and I do not see a difference in the lines in my upper lip area. But it does seem to have dissolved the fillers I had done a year or so ago around my eyes and nasolabial areas. Also the plastic stands that are supposed to hold the light in place for a facial treatment do not work as intended. They constantly pop off the ends and have to be reattached, which means stopping the treatment, taking off the goggles, and repositioning the stands.
