KitchenArt 57010 Select-A-Spice Auto-Measure Carousel Professional Series, Satin

I bought 2 of them and two of the containers were broken. I reported it and they sent me new replacements immediately and didn't ask me to send the broken ones back. I have one on a shelf inside the cabinet for the spices I have but use the least. They rotate nicely to get to the one I want. And I have one on the kitchen counter top with the spices I would use in our RV, so the handle will be nice for that purpose as I can just grab it and take along on our RV trips. The bottom closure for dispensing is a little hard to operate but may be my arthritic hands and short fingernails causing the problem. Very well thought out as you can spoon out, shake, or dispense 1/4 teaspoons worth at a time. Really like these!

I read the reviews on this product and as always went right to the negative ones to see what may be it’s faults. After reading one that said they did know how to put seasonings in it without spilling it, basically was too lazy to hang it up, and then reading all the good reviews and viewing the pictures, I decided to purchase this. Talk about space saving and beautiful. This spice rack is amazing to say the least. After making sure the vents at the bottom were closed, I just simply poured my spices in without a single spill. I did encounter one problem where one of my seasonings leaked from the front, but easily resolved by making sure the facing was secured. I really had no intention of hanging this up, but I found a spot in my kitchen that was perfect right next to my stove and it has space for me to add at least two more stackers. I attached pictures. Mounting this was very simply and very secure that I am not at all worried about adding more weight to it. If I could give it more stars I would. I’m buying two more today.

I love this! I just bought my second one to stack! Yes, it’s fully stackable if you read and follow the directions. I love the color (bronze gold is what I went with) and I love the functionality and uniformity of it. I will say, they don’t click in to place that firmly, so if you have little hands hands around or clumsy adults, the containers might fall out from time to time. Also, maybe it said somewhere, but I didn’t read it... to use the premeasurement feature, you click once, then open the a lot at the bottom to release the amount. I just kept turning mine because nothing was coming out, so I need to keep that in mind the next time I want a 1/4 exactly. LOVE IT! UPDATE: had it for a few years now. Still very glad I got it, but they are not airtight. May allow moisture in. Not ideal for more powdery spices like cinnamon and turmeric. If you drop them, the plastic window may come off or fall apart, but so far, easily fixed. Great for the price and size for what I needed, but will consider more secure product in the future.

I love the concept of this product, but the quality in which this item was made is garbage. All of the containers are made from thin plastic that breaks easily. The measurement function just makes a mess, and is not at all accurate. Just about any seasoning placed in the containers will spill out of the seams, and seasoning that are really fine like ground cumin and ginger will exit the containers from every crevice. The only Pros I have here are that it does spin well, and there was a sticker for most of the seasonings I had. I will point out that the stickers are clear with black writing, so if I had picked the all black model then they would have been pointless.

I ordered two of these racks as a Christmas present. Great in theory. But, the implementation needs some work. First, on rack #1 there were 5 containers with extremely loose dispensing screws at the bottom that required some tightening before use; which is no big deal. Then, the stainless ring at the top had come loose during transport, due to a very cheap glue. Also, the handle on this one was broken off, forcing it to be the bottom rack. Next, rack #2 had 2 loose dispensing screws. It also had a top ring that had come off due to the glue. I ended up super gluing this one so it could be used at the top. There was also a container in this rack that did not come with the stainless facing or the front "glass".This means I have an all-black, unusable container. I do not know how to report this, as there does not seem to be an option, except returning the entire product. Third, I am an Amazon Prime Student member and paid to have these items One-Day Shipped on Dec. 19. I received the shipping notice with a "guaranteed" delivery date of the next day. But I did not receive these the next day (Fri. Dec. 20). They arrived the following Monday (23). I left this information in the product feedback, but still have not been contacted by anyone. In conclusion, the product actually works great, if you're willing to fix some quality control issues from the company. This should be a 2 star review, but due to the execution of the product and the smiling face from my Mother on Christmas morning. It earns 3/5.

I cook from scratch and have so many spices. It holds alot and you can do a 1/4 teaspoon, shake or use a tablespoon easily to get the spice out. It also keeps me from walking back and forth getting and putting up spices. I will be ordering another one for the rest of my spices and they are stackable. Love it.

This little gizmo is just great. And if you read the instructions carefully before going at it, you won't encounter any problems. But before I tell you about it I caution you not to open the box in any normal way. In my opinion, the packaging is stupid and almost guarantees breakage trying to liberate the spice carousel from the box. I recommend cutting the box open. This item is very attractive and comes with a multitude of little spice-name labels so you can choose the spice name that each canister is labeled with. It can stand on any flat surface (stackable) or mounted under a cabinet. I did both. The most used cooking spices are under a cabinet within easy reach, the remaining two are stacked inside a cabinet. They work fine. I read all negative responses and conclude that the customers either did not read the instructions, did not comprehend the instructions, or otherwise mishandled the item. I specifically note that the "leakage" problem referred to is the result of not closing a bottom slide-over seal (which you much keep tightened (small screwdriver) after filling with spice. I don't know what people expect for this price, but I'm sujre they can find something similar at higher quality at front-gate or sharper image for several hundred dollars more. I, however, am quite satisfied and they look great in my kitchen. Best of all, I can get to any spice quickly and easily. PS. you can shake out through the top, lift the big lid and stick in a measuring spoon, or use the bottom dispenser.
