Brought as a present for our son on his 6th birthday as he is absolutely mad on music, being a DJ etc.Yes its not the easiest for beginners especially 6 year olds but don't underestimate they're potential to learn and adapt! If wanting to use with an iPad then you will need to purchase an Apple lightning to USB 3 camera adapter which is an additional £40 and then theres the DJ software that you will need for said iPad. Some are free but others require a subscription. After lots and lots of research in finding the most user friendly for a 6 year old I ended up at DJay Pro which if I want to use with a music streaming service I have to have the pro package which is £36.99 per year. As we use streaming services for our music needs we had to use this option, if you have a massive back catalogue of music on iTunes and or that your child is happy with then you won't.All in all if you want an optimal user experience wether a budding child or Adult DJ then you will no doubt have to invest in the adaptor to use with iPad, paid DJ software subscription and a paid streaming music subscription. These can be nullified somewhat by not using an iPad and in turn using the included USB cable to connect straight to your desktop or laptop, utilising a free DJ software app and utilising your own previously paid for back catalogue of music. Don't forget though that free DJ software will be dulled down versions of the paid for and if you get the bug or your child does then no don't you'll turn to the paid versions!As for the piece of equipment it is fantastic!!! Sound, light show, decks etc brilliant

First Party Mix Pro arrived as arranged, however it had been damaged in transit. Contacted AVC (the seller) who gave me a label and instructions for a courier return which was picked up the next working day.AVC then sent a replacement item with a priority delivery within a day of receiving the returned item. Cannot recommend them highly enough for how they handled the situation.The Party Mix Pro is a great bit of kit, combining the mixer with a good speaker, plenty of bass and pretty loud!Bluetooth streaming is easy to set up and I can link in Virtual DJ Pro via my laptop and USB to make use of the DJ controller.Would definitely recommend this item and this seller.

Brilliant item once you follow the online guides to set it up works brilliantly my 10 year old loves it as does my 40 year old husband. Sound quality is good

Bought this for my kids for Christmas age 5 and 6. Had it out for a test connected it to the iPad and put some tracks on ready for them. I must say I am really Impressed with it. Sound quality is really good as well, they are gunna love it.

Loved it so easy to set up on a windows laptop my 6 year old son and even my 2 year old has had loads of fun on this already
