I bought this as a gag swimsuit to wear paddleboarding with my friends. The picture shows a full backside, but imagine my surprise when it came in, only to find out that i had ordered something that is a little more breezy from behind than expected. That's right, there is a big, albeit well stitched hole that wonderfully shows off the line splitting your posterior. Maybe my orientation made me unaware of what I was even looking at, and I laughably assumed the picture was accurate and "jock strap" just meant the straps going over your shoulders.Obviously, for legal reasons (and the fact that I currently have a handlebar mustache) I can't wear this in public, especially near the boat launch and public park. It is, however, fantastic to wear at your closest music festival with an American flag speedo underneath it.So if you're intending to wear this for your boyfriend or husband, as the product information says that i obviously didn't read, you're in luck. Because it does look great. Typically i wear a size 32 in the waste 160 lbs so i was hesitant about buying this but i figured i can fill out the size. Im glad i went up a size otherwise it would be a little tight around the thighs. I would recommend going a size up for your typical size. The only thing i thought was a little strange was the protruding area around the crotch.
