I have not tried to see whether there is a memory function on the device. but in rersponse to your question, I read through the information that came with the device and there is definitely a function that saves data that can be seen as graphs and analyses. in passing I found this oximeter to be very accurate when compared with results I get from my doctor or hospital. Oximeters will give a reading through acrylic nails but the value is likely to be incorrect and becomes progressively more so as peripheral perfusion declines (as when you are sick).
