Bad quality
Its not charging right now, it show an error E0 which means hardware issue and needs to be repaired, I'm not willing to repair it and the warranty has finished

Heavy, not easy to maneuver.
The suction is great but very heavy, like you’re carrying a 90’s vacuum cleaner minus the cord. The stretchy hose is helpful but I was hoping all attachments can fit, but it didn’t.. only the crevice tool can be used with it. Xiaomi products always exceed my expectations in the past but not with this one.

Since i bought it- the battery is barely enough for 1 bedroom apartment. Barely… and 3 month later, it switches off after 1 min

Need a refund
It stopped charging after our 3rd use. The light shows that it’s charging but it doesn’t at all. Definitely would like to request for a refund because it’s been only 2 months since the purchase.
