This is a beautiful oil of the highest quality. It has a silky texture, and is incredibly versatile, as I use it as a non-stick spray, but also a light mist as a finishing oil. The packaging is fantastic: the sprayer works as a wide mist or a smaller, more targeted stream, depending on how you use it. One can lasts me quite a while, so I find it generously sized. This is a pantry staple in my home, and I always have at least two on hand at all times.

This is great stuff. I always use avocado oil when I cook and like the cans that have the spray feature. This brand is wonderful because the spray feature doesn't clog, or stream as time goes by like many other brands do. The oil is light, clean and cooks foods well. The price is comparable to other brands, and like I say the spray feature works well to the end.

Love this product. Sprays beautifully. Does not affect the flavoring of your recipe. I think this is healthier than some of the "oil" sprays that actually have a lot of ingredients you can't pronounce.

The spray feature is great, permitting an even flow. I love that there are no chemicals: it is pure oil. The taste is great too, and it seems to have a high smoke point, so I use it in my wok with good results. My only reservation is that the bottle appears to be aluminum, and I have read that aluminum (along with copper and zinc and iron according to Neal Barnard in POWER FOODS FOR THE BRAIN) is found in the plaques and tangles of brains with Alzheimer's disease. So it is wise to avoid aluminum. The price of this product makes it easy to try. There is not a lot of oil, however, so after making a few batches of pancakes which turned out great, I bought more despite my reservations. I think that when I can afford avocado oil in a glass bottle, that would be a better option. This brand certainly works for me.

My husband and I love this avocado oil. We use it daily. It sprays well and you don't have to use a lot when cooking. It's a travesty when we run out! I always order 2 a month on Subscribe and Save to keep the oil running. :) What's not to like--it's healthier than olive oil when cooking at higher temperatures. So you can turn up the heat level. Out of the 20 bottles or so we've bought over the years, we've only had a problem with 1 of them not spraying. We've bought other brands and they stopped spraying halfway through so we missed out on using the whole product.

The spray doesn't have anything bad about it......each can lasts for a long time, and I don't taste anything weird.

This is a great for air fryers. You need so little it lasts forever and shouldn’t really be enough to add any calories. This avocado oil is perfect for high heat cooking. Doesn’t smoke and break down. Sprays well for me. Seems like a small amount, but you need so little that it’s a good purchase.

I like that it’s a spray and easy to use. I feel like it’s a better alternative.
