This has been one of the coolest toys my son owns. He is 11 and is able to easily go on their app and choose what to 3D print. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. He can print his own toys!! Owned it for 6 months and never had any problems printing. It’s easy to load the filament and never tangles. It even came with a wide selection of colored filament.

Great accessory to my son’s AOSeed X-Maker 3d printer he got for his birthday. Good variety of colors and so far, it seems the rolls to a long way. I was worried they would run out fast, but that is not the case!

Updating my review- I’m sending this back. This thing can’t handle processing an item over a hour and the tears of disappointment from my kids is disheartening. It continues to either start globbing up or it disconnects from the base and starts sliding around everywhere. So much wasted filament from us continuing to try (many items are in the garbage). Super small things maybe it can do but that’s not what my kids want so the money is wasted by keeping it for that

Easy to use-lots of cool options for creating-my 10yo can use it independently and has loved creating new things.

This was given as a Christmas gift to my sister’s kids. The youngest is a preteen. The youngest mastered this and has enjoyed creating multiple items. His friends noticed what he made and has had him make some things for them as well. I was told the instructions that came with the printer were not very clear; but after doing some research online and watching some YouTube videos, he got it up and running. He likes being able to use the app to remotely check on the print status. Keep in mind 3D printing takes time. When choosing an item to print, check to see how long it will take. The preteen often starts a print before going to bed so it will be done by morning or by the time he gets back from school the next day. I would recommend this if you are considering giving 3D printing a try. It’s a nice way to ease into 3D printing without spending thousands of dollars. I withheld a star, due to the included instructions need some improvement.

This 3D printer is a great purchase. My 9 year old son loves it, it’s easy to use & he is printing numerous things a day since he received it.

This is a great little machine to start 3-D printing however, I purchased this for my grandson who was a bit to young for it …and had no problems returning it, Thank you for that.

I’m new to 3D printing, and wanted something that would be easy for me to figure out and use, without spending a lot. This is it! The app needs a little work, but overall, it does exactly what I need it to. I would definitely buy this again!
