BrooksMen's Cascadia 18 GTX Sneaker

I took a chance on these for backpacking. I normally wear mid height Soloman boots which have held up for years. I have bad ankles which are prone to rolls/turning and always wore boots for the added protection. I decided to try these and I am glad I did. These are extremely comfortable and offer great support. I was never worried about turning my ankles in these shoes even with 30+lbs on my back. My feet didn't get tired and it was much easier to make it up hills in these shoes. The grip and support is phenomenal and the GTX worked as it should.
