Thank you for an amazing customer experience! - I bought this umbrella cover a while ago but it was still within the warranty period when it ripped. I had never sent in a registration card so I wondered if they would honor the warranty. I decided to take a chance and contacted Classic Accessories to let them know the cover had ripped. Being in the Pacific Northwest we get a lot of rain and pretty hot summers so the cover has been through some pretty bad weather. The company was super prompt about returning my email. They quickly provided information where I could file a claim online (which was extremely easy). I sent a picture of the rip, the part number from the tag and when it was purchased on desertcart. Low and behold, within about 10 days they sent me not 1 but 2 brand new covers!!! I’m not sure if it’s possible to have a material that will last forever and not get dry rot so for the quality and durability I have to give it four stars, water resistance a solid five stars, and for the company’s customer experience, I give 100 stars!!!!! Thank you Classic Accessories! :) Review: does Good job lasting on ave 3yrs extreme weather - Zipper quality has been adequate as has been straps. While the drawstring at the bottom and lack of a large pole make it a bit inconvenient to put on, it's a thick material and has worked great to protect my investment in the umbrella. Because I have a very long pool skimmer telescoping pole, I use that to get the cover on and off and it only takes seconds to hoist it up. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/672516-classic-accessories-veranda-water-resistant-13-foot-offset-patio-umbrella](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/672516-classic-accessories-veranda-water-resistant-13-foot-offset-patio-umbrella) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
