Very good and some bad
Well, I wrote a very thorough review to help others and was told it broke guidelines - went through all the guidelines and can’t figure out even one single thing that I did wrong - and they won’t tell me. Too bad, as a thorough reviews helps others. I’ll just summarize - It helped me with mental health, appetite and pain. I was pretty surprised as I was just testing it for my teen son. Didn’t expect ANY of that. Had to stop because it was causing me headaches and high blood pressure, but even a few months later after going off it, I’m still enjoying some of the benefits. I’d share more but apparently Amazon algorithms or the people they hire to read reviews, are flawed

weird feeling in the back of my neck
this works great for my lower back pain, however, my depression is not being helped by this at all. And I started having weird pulling sensation/pain in the back of my neck where it joins to my head. It feels as i want to 'crack' or 'pop' my neck all the time, as it is strained. This neck sensation is very similar to what i experience three year ago while taking Adderal ( I have not taken Adderal in last two years).I cannot afford stop taking this supplement due to my severe lower back pain, but I wonder if am having some type of nerve damage. Can someone tell me their "weird" sensations/side effects from this supplement please.

Helped me work through the emotional trauma caused from a NPD relationship
This amino acid (in conjunction with others) has helped me the most in healing from an emotionally abusive relationship with someone who has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I had so much rage and pain festering inside of me, and this has worked tremendously in bringing down those emotions.

Does not work at all
This does not work at all. It made me feel really, really sick!

Now I wake up happy. Yay
It took my husband and I about 3 days to feel it kick in. We both noticed a positive mood enhancement. I specifically noticed not feeling overwhelmed by the 'small things' and able for my mind to wake up and get going quickly in the morning, which is a miracle for me. It used to take me about an hour to 'get going', if someone wanted to talk to me too early, I would have them talk to the hand LOL. Now I wake up happy. Yay!

Takes the pain away naturally when feeling blue.
I used this supplement only when I felt that sad, heart-centered sort of melancholy that hits me on a cloudy day. If you use as I do, take two capsules and just crunch them up - they have a slightly sweet dark chocolate taste. Wait 15 to 20 minutes and you simply feel better, as endorphins are released and take away the harsh part of the blues. I have the product four stars only because of the price, but if money is no object and you need a boost when feeling low, by all means try it.

i decided to try it and found it works like a champ
i got my first jar as a mistake (i ordered 2 L-Tryptophane Complete and got a jar of Endorphi.Gen by mistake). Instead of returning it, i decided to try it and found it works like a champ! I'll be ordering this on purpose from now on.
