I like that this has a faux leather casing and that it’s stable enough for the task at hand. It’s easy to set up. You can get started in one minute- no exaggeration. In a rudimentary way, it performs its purpose and provides relief. However, there is room for improvement.* There needs to be a clearer way to increase/adjust the temperature. I am appreciative that there are three settings, though.* It should have different massage strengths. This only has one.* For the uninitiated, the heat component typical in these value massagers, is slow to heat. The longer you use it in a session, the warmer it will get. That said, do not expect it to get too hot at all. So, I wish the heating element could get hotter and I wish it had massagers on the sides as well. When I was looking into buying this, it wasn’t clear to me where the ‘massage action’ was coming from and I happily assumed that it was coming from all directions. One of my pictures shows the massager lit up where the actual massagers are located on this device.* For obvious reasons, there should be a way to remove the cloth where you place your feet or calves. Sadly, this does not have that.
