This item is nowhere near what it should be. The straps are super small and could reach around an adult's head. Will not purchase again.

That fuzzy strap on the back of the Dreamwear CPAP mask always seems to wear out long before the main headgear. This is a quite decent replacement. It's not quite as soft as the OEM strap, but that does seem to make it last a bit longer. The "hook-and-loop" fastener it uses takes a bit of work to attach well, but once set in place, does hold well. I find that the bottom part of the strap seems to curl up a bit over time, but it doesn't seem to affect functionality. This is a decent way to extend the life of your headgear.

Update -- I now realize the original Dreamwear straps come in two different styles. One has arms and uses the shorter straps like this one, and the other style has longer straps and doesn't have arms. If you have the longer straps, then these straps won't replace them unless you also get the extension arms. This headgear strap works as well as the original Respironics DreamWear brand headgear, but you get two for the price of one! I was worried that the velcro might not be as strong or last as long as the original, but it works just as well. Note that this headgear works with the DreamWear nasal cushion or the DreamWear gel nasal pillows. It does not work with the DreamWear full face mask, which uses the same frame but the headgear is different because it requires two more attachment points.

These seem to be pretty much the same as the OEM headgear straps that come with the Dreamwear. They fit really well, look and feel quality, and are comfortable as well. For the current sub-$11 asking price, I think these are a great substitute for the real thing from Philips.

These work and fit just like the originals and having gone through a set now, I can confirm they last just as long. No need to pay more for the bigger names.

My fault as I didn't check for adjustability before purchase. These straps are one size only and totally without adjustment.
