Disappointed in these hearing aids - I get background noise and they are no better than Oricle.

From the flawless packaging to the clear sound, these hearing aids exude quality. Easy setup, plenty of accessories, and a solid charging case. The app is user-friendly, and the amplifiers work great right out of the box.

These earpieces fit well and battery life is very good and recharged with USB not batteries, a nice feature. They also work with Bluetooth through your phone which is good but once you get out of range of your phone (about 50 feet) then they revert back to unadjusted volume levels and they require you to renew the Bluetooth connection with your phone when you get back into range. This can be annoying if you are in and out of range several times due to moving around a lot (for whatever reasons). Also it feels as though the right one has never worked , though the phone app says it is functional . Last week my left one quit completely and would not restore so I had to reach the company, they have graciously agreed to replace them both since the warranty is still good. The sound quality is only fair, listening to music is not great because they have little bass response and overall fidelity is hardly great. Regular earbuds of this price offer much better sound reproduction, but they’re not hearing aids, so it’s an unfair comparison. They’re an OK budget solution for an inside-ear hearing aid with Bluetooth, but the claim they help with tinnitus, crowded noisy rooms or loud backgrounds is baseless, they don’t do much except amplify. I would pay double the amount if I could be assured the sound quality would be better.

Agree with a review posted saying these are a great Bluetooth aid but does not help at all to hear. Support has been terrific. Even adjusted the software as I only need the right aid to help my hearing. Totally deaf in my left ear so do not use this aid. Not sure I will keep at this point… as I was so hopeful by reviews posted that this would be exactly what I needed. Rechecking with support again to see if the right side aid hearing ability can be upgraded to a stronger level.

Just started using them and the right pod won't work

These are comfortable and very helpful listening to TV or other entertainment. They are also great for Bluetooth listening to podcasts or talking on the phone. Just have to be sure not to touch the hearing aid when you are on the phone or it hangs up on the call. For the price these are a real find and their customer service is outstanding as well.
