The best food coloring, AmeriColor
I use a lot of food coloring and AmeriColor is hands down my most used favorite. This one, espresso, is perfection. The color is well saturated and easy to mix into Royal icing. A little goes a long way so I add drop by drop. The color will deepen over time so do not overdo it. Also other colors will leave a weird taste but this one is perfect and has no taste to it at all.

Great quality product.
My girlfriend had me buy this for her as she has a home baking business and needed this color to make a wood grain looking handle for a cookie in the shape of a knife. Color was excellent. And she got the exact results she was hoping for. We will definitely be buying more colors from this line in the future. Highly recommended.
