When shopping for a soy milk maker, my primary focus is on product quality. Even more importantly, on the quality of the after-sales service. We know every product is subject to wear and tear over time. I reviewed customer feedback on a lot of brands of soy milk makers, paying close attention to comments regarding both machine quality and customer support. Finally, I think that Kidisle was the brand I had been looking for. I purchased the Kidisle Nut milk Maker in January 2025 and have been using it daily to prepare soy milk. It i woks very well and very easy to clean. Every morning, within just 30 minutes, I can enjoy a steaming hot soy milk and until recently, I hadn't encountered a single issue.However, a few days ago, I noticed that the machine would occasionally experience minor glitches while operating. Although the unit was still functional, I decided to email the manufacturer's customer service department to describe the issues I was experiencing during use. Upon reviewing my message, a representative responded immediately, assuring me that they would resolve the problem. After a few days I received a replacement. And resolved the issue. Their level of customer service is truly first-rate. The quality of Kidisle soy milk makers is excellent, but the quality of their service is even better. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at the Kidisle customer service department did everything they have done to support my healthy lifestyle. My day begins with Kidisle.

I've tried this a few times now and love its ease of use. I love being able to make my own almond milk and knowing exactly what went into it. It's a great size, especially since I'm making it just for myself. It seems durable with a good amount of power to get the job done. I think it was a great value, and I look forward to using it for a long time. There's nothing better than buying raw, organic, almonds, then adding Zero water or Icelandic Spring water, and making pure almond milk. Fresher and purer than anything you can buy in the store. I sometimes get out an organic vanilla bean and empty the seeds and pulp with a knife, add it to my milk and use the frother to mix it up well and add it to my cereal or granola. You just can't beat the flavor and nutrients.

Lasted all of 2 weeks. I used it a mere 5 times. I was using the juicing feature and a bit of smoke began to rise from the bottom and the blades just stopped working. I am most disappointed because I got one of these for my mom, too.

I've tried 4 of the 6 settings (Self-Clean, Juice, Rice Milk and Oat Milk).Self-Clean: Yep, did as advertised.Juice: It works better if the fruit pieces are smaller, esp. if frozen. I use diet Ocean-Spray Cran-Mango and Cran-Pineapple as a juice base instead of plain water, so I don't need to flavor it. I've tried so many combos, and it all gets done in 2 minutes.Rice Milk: If you're looking for hot rice pudding, this is the setting to use. Its not bad and it tastes like it can be a nice yougart or cream base if anything, but even following instructions in book for measurements, I got hot rice soup.Oat Milk: The BOMB DOT COM! I add a whole banana to get frothness, and a quaker oat packet for all flavors ready to go. I love it, and started adding a tbsp of hazelnut-chocolate spread that is very satisfying and filling. I also used the Kidisle Frother with the oat milk and O....M....G...! It was hot and tasty and frothed. Something I've been dying for since I am allergic to diary.I only took a star off since there isn't a detachable, separate chamber to pull out to wash, so I have use self clean or rinse it in sink if the self clean missed a few grains, which makes me nervous with the electronic.I can't speak to it's longevity or durability yet, but it was affordable at $50-ish dollars.

I know there are mixed reviews out there, but I’m personally very happy with this product! I always keep a bag of almonds and a bag of cashews on hand, and whenever I need milk, I just wait about eight minutes. I used to buy milk and end up throwing away half the container, but now I can make small batches of fresh, healthy, great-tasting milk whenever I need it.I love being able to control the flavor and ingredients, and the machine is so easy to use. I follow the instructions, sometimes adjusting the recipe a bit, and it always turns out perfect. Cleanup is simple too; just add water and it cleans itself. What could be better?One thing that surprised me is that the milk comes out at room temperature. I expected it to be warm, but I actually prefer it this way, especially when I want to pour it over cereal right away. The machine is quiet and compact, fitting perfectly in my pantry. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

I use this constantly. It is so nice to never have to worry about running out of milk. I love hemp milk and hemp hearts are easy to store and last a long time. Also recently started making soy milk. As a tip, use boiling water in the milk maker to neutralize the enzyme that can make it bitter. This machine comes with a strainer and I use the leftover soy pulp to make protein brownies. Major win. Love this machine!

I buy hundreds of quality products from Amazon every year and only review one or two. I had to leave a review for this thing because I love it and use it every single day. It's earned its place on my kitchen counter! It is so, so easy, and makes the most amazing nut milk! It tastes so much better and fresher than store bought! It also makes the easiest smoothies ever -- a few pieces of fruit, a little yogurt, a couple of minutes, and I'm done. AND it has a self-cleaning feature -- just add water and let it run, pour it out and you're good to go. It's attractive, really well made, and doesn't take up much countertop space. I love that the inside is quality stainless steel -- no weird chemical coatings. The nut milk this makes is so tasty that I drink a nice frothy mug of it every day when I take a break in the afternoon -- it's that good! You can use it in place of a tea kettle for boiling water, too. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time (and I make a lot!)

The nut milk machine blew up on first use. Sparks flew everywhere and it cut out the electrics in the house. The plug is not a uk plug and this was stated nowhere on the listing. Contacted seller to resolve issue but they refuse to refund and are incredibly rude. Keep telling me returns period is closed (it was a birthday present first used today, and an Incredibly short returns window). Would not recommend.

No star if there is an option. Can’t rate the actual nut milk maker as I couldn’t use it. The nut milk maker came with a US plug and an adapter for UK use was included. When I plugged everything into UK socket and switched it on it blew my house fuse. I have returned the nut milk maker and waiting for refund.

Very bad item because It sparked when turned on and completely scared and it wouldn't turn on again.
