Laksa premix: coconut milk powder (14.1%) (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (milk)), sugar, salt, yeast extract. Pasta/Lamian (54%): Wheat flour, salt, acidity regulators: sodium carbonate, disodium hydrogen posphate. Directions Use 500 mL of water. Cook noodles in boiling Curry soup for 7 minutes.

**Q: How does this compare to Shin ramen?**
A: I've never tasted Shin ramen, so I can't say.

**Q: Can someone provide instructions for making this in a microwave?**
A: you really cannot make this in the microwave, im sure it would be disgusting anyway, the noodles require being simmered for 7 whole minutes just get a little pot and some water

**Q: will one individual pack be enough for two people or only enough for one?**
A: It depends - we tend to flesh out the serving with seared chicken or prawns, and lime juice & chilli oil etc. The more add-ons, the more likely one pack will serve for two people, but in general my wife & I tend to make one each.

**Q: It says 6 pack - do they come loose in individual packs ? I've only seen 4 packs in the company plastic ...**
A: I only received 4 pack even though it said 6 pack when I ordered. It was always a 6 pack on previous orders.

Where to start with these, they are at the top of most instant noodles for a reason. Singapore product, based on their Laksa Mian dish. A gourmet experience on every level. Restaurant quality, simply that. The noodles themselves are almost like fresh ones, thicky and chewy texture, you honestly don't believe they are instant, best instant noodles hands down. The broth is made up of two packets, ones is mainly shrimp and the other is dry coconut milk. It is not spicy but mild and enjoyable. I am thinking of adding a few chillis to mine next time, and maybe some other spices to liven it up a little. Expensive it may be, but the quality is on another level. Treat yourself.
