10/10 would recommend! The first deodorant that has stopped my hyperhydrosis in its tracks. I have not shed a single bead of sweat from my armpits since I bought this. I will admit the first 2 applications hurt and I had to wipe it off because of the irritation, now it doesn’t hurt at all. I apply 3 times a week and I’m sweat and odor free. It’s been a lifesaver.

Forgive me for the overly excited, long commentary. Like many reviewing this product, I suffer from hyperhidrosis. The slightest exertion, nervousness, a little warm temperature (anything over 70F), and I'm sweating like others may sweat in a sauna. I'm very reluctant to jump to a conclusion about this product as I only recently received it and I've only applied it twice. The first time, I forgot to apply it the night before, but thought - why not? - and applied it to my underarm area the next morning along with my regular deodorant/anti-perspirant just to see how my skin reacted (I have very sensitive skin usually, so I was concerned, but desperate). I didn't experience any irritation or burning and noticed the sweating was significantly reduced. One interesting thing I noticed was while walking down a hall leaving my workplace was the smell of fresh laundry. I was so jealous of the people in the hallway with me who end their days still smelling fresh. I went and ran several errands and noticed that although I felt a bit hot (it was about 100F outside temperature) I wasn't as wet as I usually would get, just a little damp under the armpits. When I got home, I had dinner and then sat to watch TV --- and I could smell that fresh smell again. IT WAS ME!!! It was my shirt that smelled like fresh laundry. Having had no negative reaction to the product and having obvious results immediately, I applied the product as directed to my underarms the next night. I also applied a little around my hair line and on my head (very little in case of negative reaction). I had a very slight feeling of alcohol burning my skin on the head application, but it lasted only for a second and stopped. No problem at all with that. The next morning, I used my regular deodorant/anti-perspirant after showering like normal (scrubbing of the pits and all) and decided to take a risk. I grabbed a gray shirt. Yes - a gray shirt. If you have hyperhidrosis you know this is a forbidden color as the smallest drop of sweat will show, but I really wanted to know if this product worked for me or not. I continued my morning routine and had a bit of a hectic morning - you know the ones --- you walked out without your coffee/wallet/keys and keep going back and forth from your car to your house. Well, I started sweating a little on my head then. Normally, my hair becomes a total wreck and I just show up wherever I'm going looking like I left my hair wet after a shower. This time, I just had a bit of wetness on my head that quickly dried when I got comfy in my car with the AC going. I also have seasonal type allergies which will set off a sneezing fit. I used to joke about how I'd look like Julia Roberts after her seizure in Steel Magnolias when I'd have an attack (sweaty, hair everywhere, and generally hopeless looking). Well, I had an attack on the way to work. Not a drop of sweat. I recovered from the attack feeling a bit flushed, but not sweaty. UNBELIEVABLE. I've been in the grey shirt for almost 5 hours. I haven't had much exertion, but even so, I'd normally already have large wet spots under my arms by this time. There isn't even a spot. Not a drop. Totally dry. My hair is still mostly how it was when I first styled it this morning. I'm so excited I've been walking around with my arms raised away from my body with a feeling of "Go ahead... look at my DRY pits!" I can still smell my laundry detergent. Prior to trying this product, I used prescription Hypercare and even tried glycopyrrolate under the recommendation of my Dermatologist. The glycopyrrolate side effects were too severe and the benefit too little. The Hypercare applicator just came apart after the first three uses, making it difficult and it didn't seem to work well (possibly because of all the application problems). I also always kept a change of clothes, just in case and would regularly reapply deodorants/anti-perspirants throughout the day in hopes of staying a bit dryer and not smelling. I feel like I may finally be done with all of that and my life is forever changed.

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now. I do not follow the instructions exactly and I don’t use it everyday. I put it on after I shower, which is almost never before bed. I use it on my forehead and mid-back. I got it on a whim and honestly it’s been awesome. I sweat a lot, and now some extra because of medication side effects on top of being in the humid south?? Girl I needed SOMETHING! I’ve been very pleased with the effects of this spray. I use 2-3 partial sprays to get across my forehead temple to temple (1 spray just splats in the middle…) and then one spray far enough away to get the whole section of my mid back. It does prickle a little on my forehead as it’s drying down but nothing too intense and the benefits are worth it. I plop skin care on top and it’s been working great! I don’t do a lot of makeup in the summer time, so time will tell if it does okay under makeup in cooler weather!

Very disappointed! I’ve used this product for a long time, and this is definitely not the same product. The box arrived damaged, the liquid seems different, there’s no usual smell, and it doesn’t work at all. Total waste of money!

I was using sweat block wipes for several years before trying this odaban product. This works every bit as well and while it doesn't smell all that great before bed it's no worse than sweat block which adds a cloves type of smell to mask it. Anyway the product itself works well but the three issues I had are 1) expensive, 2) the spray bottle stopped working properly even with several ounces still remaining, it all but stopped spraying, and 3) be super careful with the spray bottle's aim, there's really little to indicate the actual direction of it, particularly in dim lighting conditions before bed for example when I was applying it underarms, the nozzle is white on white and recessed, it's also small enough to where a minor change in the aim may find yourself wishing you had left your glasses on. It may be worth it to buy a different spray bottle for this and transfer it. Edit: I did repurchase this product but picked up some JJUNW 4 PCS 50ml bottles with the rollers in them to apply it under the arms before bed. I feel like that's a superior option vs the spray bottle.

This product was so amazing that I really wanted to share this with other people. For more than 12 years I had sweaty armpits with all related problems (avoiding cotton clothes, avoiding tight clothes, sweating even when it's not that warm and being very embarrassed about it...). I was really frustrated and felt uncomfortable but I thought I just had to live with it. A friend told me about products like Odoban and that they would really work. So, I did some research and compared different product descriptions and Odoban seemed the best choice. The application as a spray is clean and avoids any contaminations which seemed to be important. I followed the instructions that came with the spray very carefully. I used it every evening before I went to bed for 1 week. After only 1 night I already felt a huge difference. Walking fast with a jacket and a backpack did not cause my long-sleeve cotton shirt to be soaked in sweat but only 2 tiny spots of wetness appeared - that was an amazing difference to me. Throughout the first week my skin got indeed a bit irritated but I decided that I really wanted this to work and kept using it. It was hurting the skin a little bit. After one week I switch to applying it only once a week and it was like a miracle to me! My skin recovered and I just didn't sweat anymore - only a small amount of spray once a week changed soo much! This was 2 years ago and I'm using it since. I started buying different kinds of clothes and I'm more confident about myself, how I look and how I smell. Today, even if I don't apply it every 7 days but only every 10 days, I'm still good! Just one warning - you really have to follow the instruction! Don't shave your armpits just before you want to apply it. Putting Odoban on irritated skin is painful. And make sure that your armpits are dry and clean when you apply it and don't do any work that makes you sweat after you applied it. Odoban and water turn into an acid, which hurts and irritates your skin. Apply Odoban, let it dry for a few minutes, put your PJ on, go to bed and wake up with sweat-free armpits...

I am a physician who would come home after a long-day's work with my undershirt and dress shirt soaked under the arms. I had been using the Mitchum PowerGel with 25% aluminum sesquichlorohydrate. This is the highest percentage of active ingredient I could find in an anti-perspirant. However, this was not effective in controlling the wetness. In fact, before I would leave for work in the morning, my shirt would already begin to feel wet. At the hospital, I was embarrassed to raise my arms and was self-conscious of the excessive amount of wetness present. This has all drastically changed with Odaban, an English anti-perspirant with 20% aluminum chloride in a spray dispenser. I was determined to find a more effective product than I was previously using, so I searched and I found numerous excellent reviews regarding Odaban. I have been using it for only three days and the results are dramatic. The product's application instructions are a bit unusual for an anti-perspirant, but it works. It is only to be used at night prior to going to sleep, with one spray to each area (in my case, under the arms). In the morning, the area is washed. Now, the first time I used this, my shirt was pretty wet the next day and I was not impressed at all. However, the instructions say that it could take up to a week of nightly applications before the sweating is under control. So, the second night I sprayed twice under each arm to see if this worked better. It is OK to apply twice in an area if needed depending on each person's situation. I washed off in the morning and my shirt was totally dry the whole day. It really is amazing. And you don't even have to apply another product in the morning after washing. But, if you want to, it is OK to use a deodorant. It has no effect on Odaban's performance. After a week, the nightly applications are supposed to diminish to only 1-2 times per week if the wetness is controlled. I am still in the first week period of nightly applications, and thus far, this product has been fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone, without hesitation, who excessively sweats and the "regular" products available seem to have no effect. Chances are, this will.

The product itself, so far, is good and seems to be working. Before using this product, when I would come back from my lunchtime walks my coworkers would ask if I was okay because I was soooo sweaty. I am not a fast or aggressive walker but I seem to have inherited the family trait of sweating profusely when exerting the least little effort. Now when I am active, where I would usually begin to get sweaty, that has not happened. The weather has cooled down recently so until we get a warm day that I am outside then it is hard to really compare, but I definitely haven’t been drenched like before. I have used it for three nights so far, skipping one night in between, following the directions and spraying the product on a cotton ball and then wiping the product on my face, on the back of my neck and behind my ears. A little goes a long way. It is strong and you will definitely need to take breaks; I have some redness and bumps in the areas I am applying the product. Not bad but they are there, but I was expecting that from reading previous reviews. I am now going to only use it Thursday and Monday nights and that should be enough, but I will update this review later with the results. The reason the product only gets 3 stars - the bottle was only a smidge over half full. I paid for 30 mls then I expect 30 mls.

I received an expired product !!

This is the third time i am reviewing this item. i cannot stress enough how much it has changed my life. being a woman and having a sweaty face is so embarassing. Being someone from india, it is hot almost all year long and odaban is my lifesaver. this is literally a magic potion for me! i dab it on my face with a cotton ball before i go to bed. i apply a generous amount of powder after odaban because it stings a lot. Yes, it makes my skin a little sensitive and it makes my skin dry and rough and bumpy a little but i moisturise and exfoliate to take care of it. The drying and sensitivity is nothing serious. even if it were bad, i would still use it because sweaty face isnt attractive! This is the best product i have ever tried. This thing is expensive so i use it only on my face on my upper and lower lip, nose and along the hairline. guys if you suffer from excessive sweating, this is your answer! It works like magic i'm still in awe!!!! apply generous amounts of powder if it stings. I do not recommend spraying directly onto the skin because it stings and if you spray it in your face it gets into your eyes too and it stings.

Dit spul brandt op mijn huid. Normaal gesproken gebruik ik andere producten, maar ik wilde deze keer iets nieuws proberen. Helaas blijkt dit een agressievere vloeistof te zijn waar mijn huid niet goed tegen kan.

Utilizzo Odaban Spray Antitraspirante ormai da un anno, principalmente per contrastare la sudorazione del viso, e posso dire che nei primi 3-4 mesi è stato davvero fenomenale. L’effetto "blocco del sudore" era evidente già dalle prime applicazioni: pelle asciutta, zero lucidità e un senso di controllo che non avevo mai sperimentato con altri prodotti ⬇️ 📌 Modalità d’uso personale: Lo applico solo la sera, prima di dormire, tamponandolo con un dischetto di cotone sulla zona del viso. È importante non usarlo mai prima di esporsi al sole. Una volta raggiunto il risultato desiderato, ho proseguito con un mantenimento 1-2 volte a settimana ⬇️ ⚠️ Cosa bisogna sapere: Brucia parecchio nei primi 30 minuti dopo l'applicazione, specialmente nelle prime settimane. È fastidioso, ma sopportabile se si è determinati a risolvere il problema ⬇️ Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo costante, l'efficacia sembra ridursi. Il sudore è tornato gradualmente, come se la pelle si fosse "abituata" al trattamento. Non è un ritorno drastico, ma si perde quel controllo totale iniziale ⬇️ ✅ Pro: • Risultati evidenti già da subito. • Ottimo per zone difficili come il viso o le mani. • Uso mirato, facile da dosare con il metodo del dischetto ⬇️ ❌ Contro: • Bruciore post-applicazione. • Efficacia che tende ad attenuarsi nel tempo. • Secca un po' la pelle. La confezione da 30 ml dura abbastanza, se dovete utilizzarlo sul viso, vi durerà tutta l'estate ⬇️ In sintesi, Odaban spray è un prodotto che consiglio a chi ha problemi seri di sudorazione, soprattutto localizzata. Va usato con costanza e cautela, ma preparatevi all’idea che dopo un po’ potrebbe non essere più così miracoloso come all’inizio.
