Kate Naturals Organic Super Greens Powder (30 Servings, 8oz, Natural)

This is honestly one of the best tasting greens powders I’ve come across. I’ve tried a few before, and some of them were so hard to drink that I didn’t even finish them, so I was a little hesitant going into this one. This one is completely different. It mixes really easily, especially in juices and smoothies, which is how I’ve been using it. I haven’t tried it with just plain water or coconut water yet, but blended into drinks, it’s smooth and doesn’t leave clumps. I also like that it doesn’t feel like a chore to drink. That’s been the biggest difference for me compared to other greens powders I’ve tried. If you’ve struggled with the taste of greens powders before, this is definitely worth trying, especially if you plan to mix it into smoothies or juice.

I highly recommend Kate Naturals. This is a phenomenal green drink powder. It's not a "kitchen sink" 300 ingredient powder that has a minuscule amount of everything just to make it look impressive on the label, it has greens in substantial quantities that actually nourish the body. Tastes like a green drink should, I like mine with ice. I highly recommend. Great job Kate!

Packaging doesn't work for me....green powder launching through kitchen space everytime I flex my muscles to try and open it. I never knew powder could be so fine. Ingredients and taste are quite green. I'd prefer a top open container myself

I have been taking this for about two weeks now. The first thing I noticed is that my tummy does feel a little better. I tend to have bouts of bloating and sickness. This has helped that and bowel movement. I also noticed a little more pep in my stop. I don't feel like I can jump over the moon, but I do feel more energetic. This product doesn't have any unpleasant smell. This is great, because I am a person who can actually taste smells and that would be a deal breaker for me. As a matter of fact, I've tried a pinch of the powder without water and it has practically no taste at all. I add a slight bit of sugar with mine sometimes as a treat. But it's not needed. The taste is so tolerable you don't have to mix it with anything other than water. If you do mix it with something like a smoothie or even in food you'll never know it's there. So it's something great to give kids if you want to make sure they're getting a little more veggies. I feel a 32 oz bottle water and 2 teaspoons of this powder and this way I know I'm getting my greens and the amount of liquid I need for the day. It actually seems like a treat to me. Plus the pouch seems to look like it will actually last 30 days, as advertised.

I usually mix this greens powder with water so, my assessment is based on that simple mixture. It's very finely ground so it isn't gritty when mixed into a liquid. However, it can get very clumpy if it's allowed to sit in still liquid so, I recommend stirring while sprinkling it into liquid to prevent clumps from forming. I will sometimes use a frother to make this easier, but this can cause foam to form if it's agitated too much. I am a fan of the overall texture once it's fully mixed in. It is overall very easy to mix. It does have a very definitive grassy scent and taste to it, but it's not overpowering and I offset this by adding in a small squirt of water enhancer, like Mio. I find that the citrus flavors go best, but others work as well. I had been using Amazing Grass after I'd found some on clearance at my local grocery store. After integrating into my daily regimen for a few months and about to run out, I wanted to keep it up and I found this one as a potential replacement. I'm glad I gave this one a try since it's half the cost and I much prefer the texture of Kate's. I don't use this as a replacement for fruits and veggies, but in addition to healthy habits that I can implement into my day, especially since it helps me to drink a little more water throughout my day and doesn't upset my stomach like some "health" products can.

I love this product. Taste great and mixes will with juice or almond milk.
