Good shirts fit perfect but it took over week never told me the location

Shrinks!
Great shirt, but it shrinks a lot. My son is a very very skinny 13 year old (bit tall) and the shirt now fits him perfectly, but it will not last the entire school year I'm guessing. And we bought 14-16.
