I seen a big difference when taking this product. It didn’t have any side effects that I could tell. The gummy taste was good. The mood level and PCOS level was more balanced after taking 60 day supply.

So far so good! The taste is alright and the texture is okay ( not the best but it’s doable). Effectiveness is too soon to see but I have been having a regular cycle after starting which I did not have before. Easy to use just add them into morning and night routine. Great price especially if you buy the two pack. Gummies are not too big but do have a tendency to stick to each other creating a little mess when trying to take them.

Inositol was recommended by my gynecologist for PCOS and my research revealed that it also lowers cholesterol, potentially relieves mood disorders and aids in weight lost so I decided to try it but in gummy form. Honestly any of these will be of value to me. This brand offered a useful combination of supplements for me. I just started the first course and decided to take the first gummy one hour before breakfast and the second one hour before dinner because again research said that's the most effective. However, it put me right to sleep each time so I will definitely be changing that to night only if it continues over the next week. My only critique so far is that it was slightly melted but overall stayed intact and still had a good texture and nice flavor. I am hoping this helps me so I will update this post after two months. 2 Month Edit This definitely makes me fall asleep too early at night. Full dose now taken in the morning at least half hour before coffee/meal. I have lost 5 lbs with no change in diet or exercise and my mood has noticeably improved. Will update in two months again with lifestyle changes. 7-8 Month Edit I'm still taking these. The texture has improved in the last orders. Taste is consistent. Mood improvements are consistent as well. My period is becoming fairly regular. I haven't lost any further weight but I like how these make me feel so I'll be using these long term.

I was skeptical but this stuff has really helped. My periods have shortened by about three days and i'm now down to two days of heavy bleeding instead of five. My blood sugar has stabilized (it rarely ever bottoms out or spikes anymore) and i now have normal morning sugar readings as well. And losing weight has become easier too. Just a heads up though, my doctor was very concerned because I am not aiming for another child but she said it would be very, very easy to get pregnant while taking it.

Initial review: keep in mind this is the first week of trying these. The flavor is good. But the side effects are hard hitting. The headaches and the nausea and upset stomach are no bueno. I'll update my review after I give them a good cycle or 2 to work. Got these to help with PCOS and PMS. Will have to wait and see. The shape reminds me of a seashell which let's be honest is cute. The taste is so good a vibrant peach flavor. I'm an adult who takes enough pills as is lets be honest here so gummies for vitamins are a must!

I have PCOS and my cycle has always been irregular. I can bleed for months to no having it for months. I have tried the weight loss shots it never helped me, I’ve tried birth control and that makes me feel sick. This stuff really works! I seen a change within a week. I was on my 2 month of bleeding heavy and gave this a shot and when day 4 came it stopped it and I feel normal all over. My energy is back, I’m not so angry 🤣, i feel better over all. I’m not a pill taker which is why I think birth control didnt help me so well. These are easy to take and swallow. I’m a texture person and these are as easy as it comes! Definitely recommend and give it a try with my PCOS family!

Really glad that I bought these as a supplement. The quality is great, they have great texture, but more importantly taste delicious and not like normal vitamins/supplements.

After having purchased and taken this and a couple other of their supplements I started looking more closely and what very little information there is about their manufacturing and company- is all wildly conflicting! Some products say they are USA product, other dont, some say GMP certified, some just GMP practices, others none, some say third party tested, some just lab tested, their website is very AI, says they were founded in 2005 (THEY WERE NOT), it has very little actual information even though there is a line that says they pride themselves on transparency and sustainability. The website is MAYBE a year old and the actual company was filed in 2020, and not registered till 2021, but the website says 2005!!! The Instagram and Facebook links just take you to wix website fb and Instagram. The FAQ section is just an area talking about why you should have a FAQ on your website. A trustscore website says they only self reported as being GMP compliant but not actually certified (even though some products say certified). Also that they do have some "3rd party lab testing" but that those labs were not actually accredited based on "standard laboratory competence". Look, I know all these white label type supplements aren't great, but its the stagger inconsistency and apparent attempts to mislead that are so upsetting.
