Q: Is the elastic covered on both waist and legs? Is it soft and stretchy or tight?

Not knockoffs when I ordered 2 months ago. They are the good all cotton ones they always called hipsters. Size 8 measures 4 inches from hip to a few inches below my waist.

Q: Any men wearing these? I tried my wife's on, and they are nice for a cotton panty.
