Protect snowboard topsheet
Bought satin clear for my snowboard topsheet since this brand snowboard is known to scratch super easy. It came a foot longer than expected which is great as I needed an extra 2” (thought I’d need to cut it at under binding and push apart to fit since I was expecting 60”, but didn’t need to). Can’t even tell it’s there. Perfecto! Now waiting for snow to test if it’ll peel up or not!

i used it on headlights to avoid UV oxidation
worked great for my projects, one of which involved a rather complex headlight. the film is super elastic when heated up, the UV protection seems good too. no headlight lens oxidation after a year of arizona full sun and w/o a film the headlights oxidate over the summer, by the second year the plastic is completely opaque. can be applied w/ or w/o water.

Not as good as the 3M variety
I use this for edge guard on pickleball paddles. I find that this is not as sticky nor good as the 3M variety. Not that it's bad but I'll be buying the other going forward.

Best money I’ve spent in a while
I purchased this film to cover up some piano black interior pieces on a car I just bought. I must say, in all honesty, if you cut your edges correctly along the edge of the piece, it is nearly invisible. I was hesitant to purchase a bunch of ppf’s that I looked at because I was afraid of orange peel. Once the slip solution I used evaporated, there was no change in texture. I purposely stopped midway through the job and had multiple coworkers look to see if they could tell which pieces were wrapped and which were stock. 1 out of 8 of them was able to tell. It was only because the sun reflects a little different off the ppf. That’s understandable though because of the difference in materials, ppf is tpu and the interior pieces are abs. I’m very impressed with the product and would recommend it to anyone.

Good luck!
I’ve wrapped three of my jeeps plus many other miscellaneous parts and pieces with vvivids air release vinyl and I’ve become pretty good at installing it, it’s entirely different than this stuff and easy to work with and always good results. I attempted to apply this stuff wet and it’s a nightmare on a large area. Hard to conform and unforgiving, and the water bubbles were impossible to get out. I was able to do a couple sills with it and the small areas were pretty easy. Be prepared for frustration and a waste of time if you’re trying to do a large area such as the front of a hood. In the end I wasted well over an hour in prep and trying to apply before tossing it in the trash. Unless you’re a pro, Good luck!

Great tape, if you apply it wet
The instructions say this tape can be applied dry or wet. I first applied it dry, and it looked awful--lots of trapped air bubbles and an ugly mottled appearance. So I removed it and tried applying it over a light spray of water/soap, which made all the difference. It went on smoothly, was easy to reposition, and was easy to push all the air bubbles out. Once dry it looked fantastic, smooth and clear. Lesson learned--apply this tape wet!

It works ok bad packaging.
It works ok. The problem is when you try to open it. They use the same film to hold the rolls closed. I get that you don’t want to open and fall off. But the adhesive is too strong to be used as tape. It cause the film to stretch. The big problem is with the packaging that it ships in. On both packages I ordered whom ever put it in the envelope put the nonstick strip on the envelope in the envelope and shipped it with the package. Classy move shipping trash to my house. It’s not that it’s a lot of trash but it is definitely a low brow move. I’ve had it happen on a couple of other packages. My guess most of my packages come out of the Memphis distribution center so it is no surprise but if it keeps happening I will be canceling my prime membership. I don’t pay money to a company to throw their trash away from their process.

This stuff is a complete waist of time and money, stuff barley stics to the vehicle, the tacky surface wont even capture a misquito a quick pass with an air line and the whole sheet came off like nothing. Your not saving money by buying this. Theres a reason is only 45 bucks for 96" And upon return, you only get back the purchase cost, not the tax or shipping you may have paid,. Do your self a huge favour and go to a cutom shop that does PPF ,have them put it on real ppf material, and not vapor barrier🙄, if your not happy with there work, they have ta do it again. So if you buy this....dont say i dint worn you😉 B.t.w. If i could have left this with "0" stars i would have, but tgey wont let me post with out at least 1 star🤨
