Easy to wear, comfortable but secure enough to stay on your face . Cool enough if you forget to refrigerate. Great value for money. It eased my migraine pain enough for me to fall sleep with it on and woke with far less pain in the morning.

Good product, cools down in about 20 mins in the fridge. Handy for hayfever relief along with eyedrops and cream before bed. Only downside is the strap is very short - it just about fits around my head but there is no excess strap that I would have expected on a product like this. Also the strap is Velcro all the way round so a small point I hadn't thought of but have to use it backwards due to the Velcro sticking to my hair! Not a massive thing and doesn't change the overall use of the product, just something to consider.

I bought another mask on Amazon that had a soft microfibre type surface that sat against the skin and the mask itself has made up of these little pearls, it didn't fit well so didn't touch a lot of parts of the face and after taking out of the freezer didn't last long before it was melted and dripping.This mask is fantastic! I have a brain condition called IIH which is essentially experiencing a brain tumour without the tumour.. it's hell and I get hurrendous headaches and facial pressure around my sinus area, neck and back. It even hurts in my jaw, teeth and ears. There aren't any painkillers I can take as it's the brain fluid pressure causing it..painkillers cannot lessen that pressure. And the strong painkillers increase the pressure so making it worse.This mask comes in a rectangular thick plastic zip lock envelope and has a good sized elastic fastening at the back with a lot of give. I got the link one with the eye holes and it has a soft edging. I put mine in the freezer for 20 minutes as I need instant relief to calm the nerves that are being compressed by the fluid.. this works so fast and recently I've had awful sinus pain. Within minutes the pain subsided and I could relax and actually function.It lasted around 20minutes until it was too warm to feel benefit anymore which is the longest I've benefited from a mask so far. It does smell very strong of that chemical plastic when it arrives but I think that's just from being sealed in the new plastic zip lock envelope.However, if you're like me and are sensitive to smells... and not to mention it's not pleasant when you have a raging headache.. I would recommend washing the mask and the zip lock envelope thoroughly and air it. before you use it.So far I've used it every day since I received it some days ago, and at times several times a day. It gets cold in the freezer very quickly so doesn't take long until it's ready to use. I'm going to buy a second one so I can alternate when it's really bad.The only difficulty I have is that the nose part isn't as wide as I need so doesn't get to touch the sidea of my nose, but that may be difficult considering it wouldn't likely stay in place anyway when a strap is pulling around your head. It's a great product so far and I hope it lasts. Thank you for the relief!! 😊💜

I've given it 3 stars because it arrived promptly in nice zip case. It's fairly useless. I bought it as I'd had CO2 treatment on my upper and lower eyelids and bags which left me with sore, black eyes. This mask only stays cold for a very short time and isn't very comfortable. Better off just using cucumber slices or a cold cloth. Don't waste your money.

I got this for my puffy cheeks and eyes due to hay fever. It feels good when it is on. It has reduced the puffiness so far but not completely yet. As the hay fever season is very high at the moment it is an ongoing problem. Overall, the eye mask is good to use. It seems better to use straight from the freezer as it stays cold for longer.

Very poor quality face mask as it burst on 1st time use and gel bubbles went everywhere causing issues.

I have been using this mask for roughly a week now and so far it's doing exactly what I need .round my eyes was getting rather baggy and puffy so twice a day for around 30 minutes I've used this mask and to my surprise I can see a difference nothing major but definitely pleasingly better more than I expected so I will continue and see what happens

Me gusta mucho este antifaz. En mi caso lo uso cuando tengo migraña y la sensación de frío me alivia bastante. El frío no dura muchísimo, aproximadamente unos 10-15 minutos, pero para mí es suficiente, especialmente si lo utilizo junto con la medicación que tomo. Es cómodo, fácil de usar y puedes volver a enfriarlo cuando lo necesites. Para mí ha sido una buena compra.
