Bought for my husband for Fathers Day. He loved it! Came complete. Everything he wanted in one spot. Definitely worth the money!

As others have reported, the first product I ordered had the "removable" ashtray completely wedged in on top of the plastic file they wrap it in. Even after removing the outside plastic, the ashtray was completely stuck and would not budge. This wouldn't be so bad if the cigar cutouts lined up with the wood block, but they were off by about 15 degrees. Rather than break it trying to get it out, I returned it and ordered a like replacement. To my chagrin, the replacement had the same issue. As you can see in the pictures, the two trays are both off center but one is clockwise and the other counterclockwise. Overall however the build quality was decent and it checked off a lot of boxes for me: a tray for loose tobacco, a pipe holder, a cutter and torch for cigars, and an ashtray. I could have ordered yet another one, but instead I managed with a pair of channel locks and a narrow screwdriver to finally get the tray out, though it took considerable force and damaged both the wood and the aluminum tray substantially. Once out, it was clear that the hole that was bored is far too small for the ashtray, and I will need to sand the inside of the cavity for it to seat properly. So, caveat emptor: it's overall a good kit, but know that you're rolling the dice if you order one, and may have to struggle to get it fully functional. Hopefully they can fix the manufacturing process to avoid this in the future.

I had a similar problem that other people had in that the ashtray insert was not the right size. Intact it was hammered into place the wrong way and I had to use a flathead to pry it out, damaging the wood body and ashtray in the process. This is a real disappointment for the money I spent.

Husband loves this.

I haven't used it yet, but the metal insert is super tight and came twisted so I had to pry it out to use the cigar rests which damaged it. The lighter was cool for the first day while it still worked. No review on the pipe as im not much of a pipe smoker.
