Opened the box not knowing what to expect but I was impressed with the quality. The material on the bag is thick and the quality on the stitching seems good. It includes the mounting bracket, chain, and bolts. The hand wraps is a plus but ill use punching gloves since I already have them. Best of all, the price was on point,

Very well built and even has the anchor ring on the bottom. I filled my bag with a couple of bags full of old clothes. I find this bag is excellent for my Muay Thai practice and would be suitable for any strike martial arts practice. Striking the bag really hard is extremely satisfying.

It's not the biggest heavy bag, but I am a big fan of the layered cushioned inside of the punching bag. It is easy to fill and easy to set up and can really take a pounding! I used some older clothes that don't fit anymore along with some bagged up sand to get the weight close to 80lbs. I think this will last plenty long and exceed its needed usage.

I recently reviewed this item and gave it a 5/5, but after using it for just 2 days, and punching it with heavy punches for a few minutes, 3 of the 4 supporting links broke, making it completely useless. I was honestly surprised how bad the durability was, as I barely even used it. The bag itself is great quality, but due to its low durability, I do not think this is worth spending money on, even though it's very cheap. I'd suggest going for a more expensive punching bag of a well-known, reputable brand.

The description does say no filling but the very last word. Picture appears full. Takes a lot of filling to get it. The chains are fine. The rest of the bag is OK. Not sure how it will actually hold up once full and hanging.

I love this punching bag. I struggled at first to find material to stuff it with. We ended up using old clothes and linen. It has been working well so far, no issues!

This bag is going to take a LOT of sand to fill, but its a great quality bag. The chains provided are thick and adequate. I'm happy with the purchase overall, but I think the cost of the sand is probably going to be more than the bag.
