Buy this product!!! I was nervous, I have never dyed my hair before, I have very dark brown hair but have been turning grey for over a decade. I tried this product the day I received it, it was easy to apply. The little mess that I made was easy to clean. And the results were amazing!!! My hair felt so soft, unruly and the color was perfect and natural looking. I have only used it the one time, it does not fade quick. Don’t wonder anymore and just buy this product!

Never heard of hair dying shampoo but soooo glad I found it !! I dyed my sandy brown jet black and it was wonderful. The color is as it says, the shine is nice after the wash & it’s very effective!! My hair has been black now for 2 months and the color is still consistent. Also this bottle was huge !!

I like they way it colored my hair. The coverage was good. It's not as easy as some lead you to believe. If you put too much in your hands to make it foam, it drips everywhere. It doesn't come off as easy as I thought. Don't know how long it'll last but it does color good. The gloves are not as strong as they could be. But it does do the job well. Use small amounts to make the foam or it'll run everywhere. I don't think I'll buy again just because of the staining on everything. I had to use bleach on counter to get some stains off. Maybe if the foam came out while pumping it would've gotten five stars. But since it recommended you make foam before using, that's a no go for me. If anyone has any tips please post. I was amazed at the color because it got my grays good. But messy.

I absolutely love this product, I’ve been using this dye for nearly a year and it’s only now starting to fade! And when it starts it still looks beautiful. I love that it doesn’t look blue in the light or anything like a lot of black dyes, it’s truly a good black dye. My hair also feels even softer after usage, which some people had the opposite effect from. Also you really don’t need that much, meaning you don’t have to buy that often, especially since it doesn’t fade for MONTHSSS I only ever reapplied when my roots started to grow. I used it for the first time three weeks ago and my grey hair are still well covered. It was very simple, it covered all my grey hair, which is something that doesn’t happen woth the normal color from the store. Usually the color fades after two weeks but with this shampoo is lasting longer. Almost a month without have to dye my hair again. I am very happy with the product and will repurchase for sure.

I am mixed on color, effectiveness.. unsure about ingredients. Has sulfates etc. Affordable. I wasn't sure whether to give a three four or five stars. If one has a sharp eye, I don't know if one can notice, but, am thinning at the top front of my scalp at the hairline. That's where the yellow part was. it's not as dark as the rest of my hair. Initially the product came out dark brown at the first pump. But then it went from that to medium brown to yellow. So if you look closely at the front top, just above my forehead at the hairline, it's not matching. But from a glance a distance, it covers the gray. I took one in LED lighting and another in halogen yellow. It hardened, washing out in the shower so using a conditioner helped, which I had reservations about because of my thinning scalp. It's better to use it from the mid shaft to the ends. It did add a bit of density, thickness. Perhaps it is the dye attaching to the hair. I showed it to an acquaintance of mine in chat, and he messaged, oh you fixed it. Then I pointed out that yellowish part in the front at the top. I needed gloves. Should have used in the shower. Very hard to get the stain off. tried alcohol, soap and water. I keep the plastic cover on me in the shower so it does not stain my skin. Initially it was soft and shiny. Then static. I looked for a static frizz control product. I wish I learned about dye shampoos years ago to save hundreds of thousands at salons. It is individual. everyone has different types of hair so you have to Experiment. One person suggested to only condition in between dying. It dried out after a few days for me.
