These are a must for anyone doing daily cycling or spin bike workouts. I did three days on the spin bike without them and am still recovering. The padding is in the exact right places. I ordered a small and I’m 5’2 125lbs. The material is thicker than most spandex tights and They have a nice silicone edging on the inside of the shorts that grip around your thighs and they do not ride up at all. Highly recommend.

Me gustó que se siente cómodo, no me gustó que dice tener en la cintura alto y lo siento bajo, está por debajo del ombligo, la tela es un poco satinada y en lo personal eso no me encanta, y lo que menos me gustó fue que en la parte frontal, por las esponjas que tiene, cuando no estás en la bici claro, se nota ahí algo raro, se ve abultado con forma de.

Any review without the persons measurements isn't very helpful to me so.....My waist runs 29/30 inches with hips at 36. I am 130 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches in height. I have no hips and not much of a butt, so getting things that fit/stay up ( without an option of a belt) is a challenges. I ordered the large to start with going off the size chart, but ended up returning for a Medium. While snug in the waist, I'm fine with that as it will mean I am not continually pulling them up. Nice quality and feel of fabric. Nice padding where it's intended. I do not plan to use these for riding a bike. I bought them to wear under my riding pants while riding horses long distances. I have yet to use them so can't speak to durability.
