The only thing I recommend is to work your way up to it. What I mean by that is, don't go all out on the first day. I wore it from 8am- 6pm. And after I took it of it took me some times to adjust (my breathing and sweating). I would also be careful eating with this ( I mean a big meal or going out to eat at a restaurant.) I recommend for you to go to the restroom and loosen it or take it off before I eat. If you eat with it on... you should loosen it afterwards. I felt like it sped up the digestion of my food as well. Maybe I put it on too tight. I would NOT recommend sleeping in this, it can cause you to not breath properly. If at anytime you feel faint during the day, take it off! And make sure you drink more water (I carried a liter bottle), because you will sweat a lot. I have seen some improvement along my waist.
