I am very pleased with this product. I'm in my mid 70's and was diagnosed with ADD in my mid 50's.after a life time of issues. Recently, i have been having word recall issues. after 2 weeks on Beekeepers Naturals, surprisingly, i notice that I am more focused and living in the moment. I tend to be more organized and ready to leave the house ahead of my scheduled time rather than running out a few minutes late, forgetting things in the process. To me this feels like whatan ADD med is supposed to do, but without the side effects. I am giving this product 4 stars only because my word recall has not improved.

I am usually open to any supplement, especially things to help with memory and cognition. I was excited to try this since it was touted as all natural. I can't put it in hot tea or any hot beverage, so I tried it straight and the flavor was quite off-putting. I tried the rest of the packet in water and it wasn't much better. I couldn't bring myself to try more than the one packet, so I can't say if it would have worked, but I was unable to find much reliable information on the benefits of the royal jelly for the stated purpose. For the price and flavor, I really can't recommend this.
