The Cybervelo 1000 E2 E-Bike was my first ebike I purchased. It's a fantastic entry level ebike with multiple features found in higher end ebikes such as a disc braking system, larger battery, higher throttle, and solid suspension. Shipping was handled by FedEx and an adult does need to sign for the delivery. The delivery was pretty fast compared to the date quoted during purchase. Please note that you may not be able to return the product due to regulations with shipping lithium batteries, but if you encounter any issues with the bike you just need to contact the seller, I feel they were pretty responsive when I had a question during installation. Speaking of installation, I'm not much of a bike person and I didn't find it difficult putting the bike together. The instruction manual was pretty straightforward but you do need to make sure all the parts are aligned and pointed the right way (e.g. the front fork was shipped rotated 180 degrees). It took me about 2 hours from opening the box to taking it for a test ride. Speaking of the ride, my initial thoughts were that this ebike was very smooth and fun to ride. I thought it would be hard to pedal such a heavy bike but the pedal assist really kicks in fast even at the lowest setting. The weight of the bike really isn't much of an issue as long as your battery is charged, plus it sorta made the bike sturdier I feel. Once the weather cooperates a bit here I will be riding this thing all summer!

I love this bike!! It was easy to put together, great instructions, arrived earlier than expected. I don’t know how to ride it yet but everything works and I am ready to learn !!! Great quality and just as pictured!!!

I’ve had my bike for only a week or 2 and have ridden it around my town a few times, so I can’t comment about the battery, except that it’s been great so far and is still pretty full. The shipping was faster than the estimated time, which was a fun surprise. So far, I am in love with this bike! It’s my first e-bike, though I’ve ridden friend's e-bikes before, so I have some experience. It was pretty easy to assemble (with the help of a friend who had assembled an e-bike before). It feels sturdy and safe and goes fast enough for me. Using the throttle alone going uphill doesn’t go too fast, but I didn’t really expect it to. The pedal assist going uphill is great though, it gives me a really nice boost. And the light pink color is super cute, I get a lot of compliments. Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase. Update: I’ve been riding this bike a lot more since my initial review. I’ve even gone on two really long rides on rough trails and this bike has handled them very well (rocks, roots, gravel and dirt). I still haven’t had to charge the battery since the first charge and it’s still over half full. I’m so glad I chose this bike out of the different brands that I was considering.

have only ridden it twice but it's been a great bike so far. however, the assembly process was a test of my patience. the instructions in the manual started off clear but became kinda vague towards the end. some screws were put in so tightly that i broke five nails and got a bruise on my chin by the time i was done. all in all, the bike is great and i intend to take it everywhere this summer

This bike is a good entry bike for a first time E bike rider a little on the heavy side but definitely good for riding trails or roads the 750 W motor definitely gets it going. Have wrote this both on trails and on the street and enjoyed all the rides the tires are nice enough size to take the trails, but smooth enough to handle roads battery. Life is not as good as I would want it to be but it all depends on how you’re using the bike. You can extend the life by switching it off and just peddling or not using the throttle at all. The pedal assist definitely pushes you along, especially when you’re trying to tackle a steeper hill.

Update: I added 2 more pictures and some feedback from operating the bike. You can see that the bike build quality is excellent. Instructions and the linked video were very helpful in assembling the bike, which was simple anyway. All of the accessories aligned perfectly and work fine (fenders, derailleur, handle bars, brakes, cables, luggage shelf, etc). EV motor is powerful. My wife and I have been trying out both the PAS pedal assist, AND the direct throttle twist grip. The paint job is almost perfect. The tiny chipped paint spots near the chain were from shipping which I described below. I will easily fix with touchup paint. Customer service contacted me within a day to resolve the issue of the paint to my satisfaction. I’m happy with the bike as it is. I can recommend this company Bike was very well packed. Lots of padding and plastic covers to protect the paint. However, from the photo, you can see that the one spot that didn’t have any plastic covering was the right wheel arm. When I unpacked the bike, the chain had come off the sprockets. The chain chipped the nice paint job in the spots shown. Perhaps add a zip tie to the chain or add another cover over this arm? Also, does Cybervelo have any touch up paint? If not, I’ll go to Autozone or Orielly’s and find something close. The bike is very well made. It was a piece of cake to assemble. The tools are a nice feature. Paint job is very nice (except for the dinged paint from the chain). I’m not taking off any stars because we like the bike so much. Runs great.

Purchased two of these early Summer 2025. Headlight has never worked in either EBike. The breaks and tires make SO MUCH NOISE when in use (WD-40 can't even help with it). Now one of the Ebikes can only travel for 3 miles on full 8 hour charge before totally shutting down. The other bike can not even be charged because the charging port has been swallowed by the battery? (Where the charge is plugged in seems to have sucken down into the battery; so we we plug it in to charge there is no connection and the bike will not and can not be charged. These bike are preventing to be a complete waste of money!! No way to reach out to the company for support because all that they or amazon offer is AI assistance and that doesn't even have the correct prompts for my questions. Save your money!! Buy a different brand of ebike. We are out more that $1200 because of these "eBikes". HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Wife loves the bike, purchased a kid seat to go on the rear rack and it fits well. The pink and brown look just as good in person and I like the slick design of the battery in the frame compared to my e-bike. Seat is very comfortable and it even has a horn and brake lights! Only thing I did not like was the metal bar attached to the handle/seat that needs to be removed. It does not come off easily at all - I had to put a crow bar under the bar near the handle area then hit it with a rubber mallet to get it off. Set up was a breeze after that.
