I am writing this after using this product for 2 weeks. Really useful for pain relief and good quality product which is really handy, comfortable and sleek design. Easy to handle,good heat retention for atleast 1hr. And yeah, the pink one I chose just because of its lower price than the black one, but it turns out to be a cute thermal bag.

Very useful and easy to use! The heat pack heats up quickly with charging and stays warm for a long time. Perfect for pain relief and keeping warm during cold days. Highly recommended for people who have back pain.

Its been approx 20 days of using it and it feels amazing. Took approx 5 min for getting full charged and it's hotness remains long

Rating: 0/5 Stars First use was fine, but during the second use, means 2nd day, it almost exploded. The auto-cutoff completely failed, the pouch seal tore open and the plug pin literally melted off from the extreme heat! This is a massive fire and safety hazard. It is cheaply made and highly dangerous. Do not risk your life or home for a cheap product. Avoid at all costs!

The texture of the bag is neat and comfortable, and it can be placed directly on the skin without needing an additional cover. The best part is the convenience—there’s no need to handle hot water since it’s completely sealed. I was initially skeptical given the low price, expecting flimsy electrical joints, but the build quality is surprisingly sturdy, easily comparable to products costing ₹600–700. The heating is quick and effective, and the auto cut-off works reliably, so you can leave it plugged in without having to monitor it constantly. Traditionally, hot water bags feel cumbersome to use, but this automated version removes that hassle. Overall, a very practical and thoughtfully designed product. Highly recommended.
