Orbit Card - Bluetooth Wallet Finder

Absolutely 0/10 experience - worthless product. Doesn't work at all - the connection between your card and your phone constantly drops. This means it can't fulfil its base feature of telling you where your card is. Furthermore, this makes the separation alarm feature completely useless due to consistent false alarms, your card will go off every 5 seconds, even if your phone is right next to your card. I've had to turn it off completely, which defeats the purpose of getting the card in the first place. I could keep going on and on but just trust me and save your 35 quid, the product description sounds amazing but it's just a money grab.

I haven't returned the Orbit card yet, because I am hoping for some help with getting it set up. But it's not working.There's a steady red light in the card when charging. Charger disconnected, the light goes out and the card responds t nothing. Trying to add an Orbit unit (the card), nothing happens when I press the fingerprint button, and the phone doesn't detect the card.Help is very slow in coming. I've had one personalised email so far, and am waiting for an online chat or something, to guide me through the start-up process. If nothing happens I will have to return the card.

Had to switch the separation off as it continually goes off even when both are together . Disappointing as I had high hopes

It works as a tracker but the separation alarm misfires making it unuseable in an office.

Doesn't work well. Connection keeps dropping. Charge doesn't last and the app keeps crashing so can't see where tracker is. Thought it would be better than tile as I could recharge it but not worth it

Does exactly what it says! Has saved my wallet twice now.
