So happy with this product! The milk foamer has really brought our coffees to life! It has 4 different settings, we usually make ours with setting 2. 3 of the settings heat the milk, before foaming, with setting 4 foaming cold milk for the perfect iced coffee. The kids love using setting 3 for hot chocolate, it’s simple to use and the girls (10 and 8) are able to do this with ease themselves, the outside does not get hot so it’s safer than using a kettle. The machine has a function to stop heating once it’s done. It’s easy to clean, although I recommend cleaning between uses, by doing this you just need to swill it out with hot water and wipe it with the cleaning tool provided. Overall a great buy, and one we’re enjoying using!

Bought as a present for mums birthday, both mum and dad very pleased, easy to use, easy to clean, can't fault it.

Using this as a substitute Velvetiser for Hotel Chocolate drinking chocolate sachets as well as for prepping milk for coffee. Very happy with it, like the fact you can choose level of frothiness as I don’t like too much foam. Have also found it useful for cold milky drinks.

Worked well to start with. Has a very good non stick bottom, but completely stopped working after 3 months and 13 days of usage. Later update: I received a refund from the seller, they were swift in handling this and even chased it up with Amazon.
