Frame is not as described, 40x50 are the dimensions of the whole frame, the picture size is much smaller. And now it turns out that I have to pay for the return costs which will cost me more than half the price of the item. This should be stated clearly in the item description. What a waste of money.

I was disapointed that the cover was not glass, as I had expected, but a cheap plastic with two indelible logo marks on it.

I'm disappointed for the price how flimsy the frame is and the fact the back has a chunk out of it wish I hadn't bothered the amount I paid I would if expected better quality!

Says glass but isn’t glass (more plexi/plastic so not good quality for displaying artwork/prints). Would like refund please as says glass.

The frames are the dimensions stated.... If you use the Mount it will be smaller obviously. Looks great.

Bought two of these frames? Nice frames. Lightweight. Disappointed with price? As found them elsewhere fòr less than half the price for two???? So beware and check before purchasing.
