Aqua Joe 50-Foot Heavy Duty Garden Hose, Spiral 304 Stainless Steel Metal Hose, Puncture Proof, 1/2 Inch Diameter with Aluminum Fittings, AJSGH50

I can’t say enough good things! My 88 year old mother had one and loved it- wanted me to order her another one for her backyard and so I ordered one for myself too. Years of rolling my old heavy hose in/ out of the hose cart - no more. This easily lifts off the hanging rack (purchased separately) and easily is coiled to hang back up. Lightweight/ sturdy/ tangle free and good quality!! I would definitely buy again if I need to replace my hose on other side of my home.

Update: 7 years now we've had these hoses (I think I have 7 of them now). Still fantastic, have not had to retire a single one of them. Not a single leak! I was rolling them up for the season last week, somehow one has a serious squashing dent in it (we run over them constantly) and the thing still works like nothing is restricting it. It's nuts! These are serious workhorses at our home! Not sure about some of these bad reviews as I not only like this hose, but LOVE 'em! We live on rural acreage and when I say these get used, they really get used! I have 6 of these now in various lengths and love them all. Particularly if you need a 100' hose, this is the ONLY way to go as they are so light and kink-free. I have three 100 footers strung together for our needs and I just coil them in my gorilla cart and lay them out as needed by hand, or hook the cart up to our quad and lay them out that way. No reason really to get so specific other than to show these get used and strung out on a daily basis and are still working 100% five years later. And if I had to constantly walk back 300 feet to unkink my hoses I think I'd go postal. They don't all look pretty at this point, but I sure would have thought I'd be buying some new ones by now, but nope! And if I did end up needing to replace them this summer, I would say my purchase over the last five years was very well spent. However, they still all work well, so I would guess I've got another year or two to worry about that. I will say one of them drips a little at one connection, but not enough for me to replace yet- but honestly these are used and abused, so not unacceptable at all. The plastic shrouds on the connections (honestly they're only for looks) are starting to split on some, but again- five years old and sit in the sun all day long! One did get run over by our tractor on a rock driveway and altho you can tell it was run over, it is not pinched at all...just slightly dented. We run them over CONSTANTLY with our cars and trucks with no issues. Anyway, they are the ONLY hoses I will buy from now on. I am so very over kinked and heavy hoses. This solves all of that and I'm happy. Def a customer for life on these suckers.

Best water hose I've ever had!

We bought the same hose a couple years ago (for the front yard) which came with a great end on it, that allows us to adjust the flow and turn it off and on. This one that we just bought (for the back yard) doesn't have that end on it. So that was quite disappointing. The hose itself is fine, but it definitely needs a nozzle.

Aqua Joe hoses are easy to work with and last longer than the expandable hoses. They don’t get tangled the way the old green hoses do and are lighter and slide easily on the grass or concrete. Watering is not so much of a chore in the heat!

This is my 4th hose from Aqua Joe. I loved the first one so much I have been replacing all my hose with these stainless steel hoses. Squirrels keep chewing my rubber hoses up and so I bought a couple of the heavy duty rubber hoses and I could barely pull them across the yard because they were so heavy and keep getting tangled. I thought let me try one of these Aqua Joe hoses. Oh My Gosh, I was so pleased. Lightweight and tangle free and best of all the squirrel aren't able to chew holes in them! I highly recommend theses hoses. I have bought different sizes and they all work perfectly.

Strong! Light weight! Good Price!

I have another brand of this style of hose, lightweight stainless steel. This one the fitting on the end a junk. And they do not send rubber washers for the female end. No big deal I have plenty but, when you put one in the female end only screws on one revolution. Sun Joe is a cheepo. Do not buy this companies hoses. Rated features don't make any difference if you can't screw the hose in. One good thing about it when you throw it in the trash can ... that light weight makes a difference EDIT - while packing it up.... I realized I forgot to put the barcode that Amazon ask you to put in the box incase the shipping label gets messed up. Then I noticed all the claims that were listed... see photos that include 1) photo of the box along with the claim 2)crush proof, show a tire that apparently just rolled over the hose,,, uh oh, mine did 3) and them hammering a nail on the hose... uh oh, mine did. And then a photo of the hose end after a washer was installed showing that you only had one thread to start it on the hose bib. And unfortunately they make some claim that aluminum is some superior material for a hose end. Maybe in China their hose bibs are made of aluminum or plastic but in the USA most are brass and aluminum and brass will fuse together --- far apart on the galvanic scale. My fault is looking at the reviews and not reading enough about this hose. I have another that I bought that had brass fittings and was expecting that someone would use aluminum. But I did know that your could not run over a this hose with a car... I don't run over any of my hoses. And it is really stupid to make that claim with some 22 gauge spiral metal - even stainless steel.

Easy on the hands. Easy to move. I have several Snow Jo products and they always perform. The sprinkler I bought recently is great and I think this hose will be a great addition.

The Aqua Joe hose is the best hose I've ever owned. I have fought with hoses for decades and never won. Heavy, awkward, kinking (non-kinking hoses were the worst!) and a horror show to bring in at the outset of winter, no hose ever worked. But then I found Aqua Joe stainless steel hose and fell madly in love. I have finally found my hose soulmate! Having received and used the Aqua Joe stainless steel hose, I immediately went out and bought another. Perfect - it is lightweight, easy to use, absolutely flexibility and a joy to use. I just love it. I am committed to the Aqua Joe product line!
