Where does the crystal long skull come from? The inspiration of the crystal long skull comes from Paracas skull. Paracas is a desolate Islands on the south coast of Peru. In 1928, Julio Tello, a local archaeologist in Peru, found more than 300 slender skulls on the island, which had a history of about 3000 years. The skull is 25% larger than the traditional skull and 60% heavier than the skull. What is more amazing is that the mitochondrial DNA in parakas slender skull carries any unknown mutation that no primate has.It was because of such Paracas skull, like an alien life, that we created the long crystal skull. This One Has HEFT!
I've had my eye on a labradorite crystal skull for some time, but I ended up depressed over theprices of them, seen elsewhere. I definitely wanted a skull that had some heft to it. This one does!I was a bit hesitant to buy a crystal skull on Amazon, because one never knows for sure what one will get.I decided to take a chance.I generally have the "normal" carved skulls, but since what I wanted was out, I decided to purchase theMichel Carved type of skull. This skull has a nice flash on its right side ( our left) and there are bits of flashesthroughout. For the # of grams, the length of this skull, I'd say the price for this skull is affordable.I would like to add a bit of criticism however: it would be nice if the Seller shipped these skulls in a sturdybox instead of a flimsy manilla package envelope. There was around 2-3 layers of bubble wrap, which is needed, yes, but the manilla envelope was too large for the item itself. I'm relieved the skull made it in one piece.Overall, I AM happy with this skull and I recommend this Seller to those who wish to purchase.
