Soft, fun toy that’s great for gentle play (but not for heavy chewers) I bought the Zappi Co Brown Monkey Plush Dog Toy for my Cane Corso cross Staffy, Blue, as he enjoys soft toys for carrying around and occasional light play. He usually prefers tougher chew toys, but I like giving him something plush for comfort and supervised play sessions. The toy itself is very cute and well made. The ribbed fabric feels soft but slightly more durable than standard plush toys, and the squeaker adds an extra level of interest. Blue immediately took to it and enjoyed carrying it around the house and squeaking it during play. It works well for interactive play like gentle tugging and fetch indoors, and it seems to keep him entertained in short bursts. The size is also good for a range of dogs, and it’s easy for him to pick up and carry. However, as expected with most plush toys, it’s not designed for strong chewers. With a powerful dog like Blue, it needs to be supervised at all times, as determined chewing would likely damage it quite quickly. Great toy for dogs but potentially not for very destructive dogs as ours chewed through it in a day - he enjoyed himself though!
