Love it!
I ABSOLUTELY love this watch!!! It is beautiful in person. It can do so many things. I have not taken if off since I got it. I have had it about 7 weeks at this point. People don't realize it is a smart watch because it is so pretty. If you like chunky with a little being you will love this watch and the set up was easy. Holds a good charge. And it has helped me keep track on my health journey.

Very elegant and classy
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. This watch is easy to setup and the watch itself is beautiful!!!!! The bands are easy to switch out and are very comfortable. Perfect for when my mom can’t get to her phone and also to help her keep track f her good pressure.

Will not fully charge
This is the 2nd watch I have purchased from this company. 1st one i had about 6 months before it suddenly would not fully charge anymore. Ordered a new watch which i receive 9/17. Did not realize it was the same company when ordering. 2 watch arrives. It's beautiful. Loved it. After about a month, same issue. Will not fully charge anymore. Most I can get now is 11%. Requested a replacement thru Amazon a week ago and have heard nothing. Now it's telling me the return date was yesterday 9/28. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH

Great product.
This was a real hit with my daughter. It is truly a smart watch. It is rather large, but it has to be for all the things it can do. The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5 stars is the lack of instructions. Those are printed in VERY tiny print in many different languages and not much help. The first thing that has to be done is to pair it with your smart phone, but some of the settings are in centimeters and kilometers with no instructions as to how to change them to pounds and inches/feet. Great product if it had better instructions for initial use.

Very attractive
Messages can only be displayed and can not be responded to. Easy to set up and it came with a neat tool to remove links easily. The look was very fashionable but the functionally left a lot to be desired. Edit: Customer service reached out and solved my problem of C to F setting as well as offered me a refund. They pointed out that display only of messages is standard for the non-$400 category of this watch which I did not realize.
