We purchased a battery from this company less then a year ago, it failed to hold a charge ( even tho it has a 1 year warranty)so my wife tried ordering another one like it but was discontinued so she purchased another one similar to the first one and when it came it was too big to fit in the scooters battery case, I reached out twice to the seller for a refund, they send a return address but not prepaid. this company does not send a prepaid return label. So I checked with UPS and it would cost me $35 to send their battery back to get my $21.00 Looks like I’m keeping this battery and will stay away from this seller on AMAZON
