I purchased these as to add a little weight to my daily activities and they do just that. The Velcro is strong, the assembly is simple, and the material is flexible with just enough stretch. I use these both for my ankles and wrists and have no trouble interchanging. I also love the sleek black design. I was contemplating buying bala bangles prior to these but now see no need. Problem solved! The exterior of the individual weights can Assisi easily be wiped clean. Highly recommend!

I love to use these when I go on walks. I switch them off between my arms and legs. They are adjustable and fit nicely. They are a great addition to any workout to add a little more resistance. I definitely recommend them.

They fit well as intended. The Velcro does rub if you don’t get the edges just right. The weights are covered in a nice material that doesn’t bother the skin. Not great breath ability so you will sweat under them.

These are the best! I have two sets. One for my ankles and one for my wrists. I wear the when I walk on the treadmill, do Pilates, and clean my house. They are comfortable and the Velcro is very strong. Would highly recommend purchasing!
