Took a few days to piece together all items. Construction was pretty easy. Small paper flowers were tedious but not frustrating. I decided to put the pieces where I wanted instead using the directive placement. It turned out great and was rewarding when complete. All items were present and extras of small parts given.

This product is great. It takes about 20-25 hours to put together. The instructions ( 23 pages) were clear although you can tell at times that English is not the first language of the instruction writers. All the pieces were there and clearly labeled. There is a nice page of outlines so you can double check to make sure you have the correct wooden piece and the instructions tell you which bag or sheet you can find your piece in/on. You will need additional tools to complete the task including needle nose pliers and an exacto knife. I would recommend also that you have some additional glue (Aleene's tacky glue) on hand and some binder clips to help "clamp" things while they dry. The plants require the most time to put together as most of them were constructed from scratch from measured paper and/or cut out individual leaves. The furniture and the house itself went together easily. I would NOT buy this for a child under 14 unless you are planning on working on this together, it is not easy and you will need good crafting skills. You literally almost make every single item from the ground up. As an adult I found it most enjoyable and am planning on ordering another kit from this company soon.

I adore these little projects, they've quickly become my favorite thing to do. I've gotten a few of them now and this one has so many unique components! Its tricky but worth it in the end.

I love puzzle and crafts. I ordered this a few weeks ago and love it! You have to do EVERYTHING, which is strangely satisfying. For example, you are making the small bistro chairs by bending white wire, and the wood parts given. The only thing I found unfortunate was that the latex glue that I was given as a tool in the kit was unusable as it had dried in the tube. Nonetheless, I was able to make all the little things with the other glue provided. The wood paneling to glue on the wood parts can sometimes be hard to glue on the sides of the wood (being so small) but I found a way around it and it still looks good. Lots of fun, and I found it very relaxing after a long day to sit down and take the time to build the environment and all its little components! I wouldn't recommend this to someone who is not an avid crafter or who is not very patient. (not for very young kids). This takes time, patience and a little bit of skill and precision. I loved this project and enjoyed the relaxation of building and assembling it.
