I really like having the Li-ion rechargeable battery(the battery instantly got me thinking, 'It really looks like some of my old cell phone batteries, maybe I could use them as extras? I dunno.. ) My son said it is pretty cool and seems to like it so far..Anyhow, it has TONS of games to choose from, and all the controls seem to work really good. I think I am in agreement with some of the other reviewers when they say that it would've been nice to include a headphone jack for silent play, but I knew it didn't have that feature before buying, and I purchased it nonetheless.
