If you've ever been peppersprayed, that's what it feels like. It burned SO bad! I have a pretty high level of tolerance to pain, but this was bad. I had to wash it off with cold water. I won't be using this again.

Pros:Works great. I apply a pea sized amount every 2-3 days because it's strong for my system. Able to rest deeper at night. Cons: If I used to often like daily it throws my cycle off causing break through bleeding.
