Ho provato le bucce di psillio NaturaleBio e nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Il prodotto appare pulito, senza odori sgradevoli e con una consistenza omogenea. Essendo biologico e con purezza dichiarata al 99%, dà una buona sensazione di qualità. Fa quello che deve fare: buon apporto di fibre e aiuta la regolarità intestinale se assunto correttamente e con abbondante acqua. Unico aspetto da considerare (ma vale per tutti gli psilli): gelifica molto velocemente, quindi va mescolato e bevuto subito, altrimenti diventa troppo denso. Inoltre, se non si è abituati alle fibre, può dare un po’ di gonfiore iniziale. Nel complesso un buon prodotto, rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto.
