Can i put this in my shower and watch movies?

It is not waterproof & it plugs into an outlet so it may electrocute you if you use it in the shower.

How do you calculate throw distances? what do u think of projection calculator on projector1?

Thank you so much for your inquiry! You can directly measure the distance from the projector to the wall.

I wanna get 176" screen and need calculate throw distance with projector1’s online calculator. what's throw ratio?

Thank you so much for your inquiry! If you want to get the largest projection size, the projector needs to be 5.2m away from the wall. We recommend that the distance between the projector and the wall is 2.8-3.5m because too far away will have a large light attenuation, which will result in the picture you get So dark that you can't see clearly
