I had never tried shilajit in gummy form before, nor with a proprietary stack, so was concerned if the blend would take anything away from supplements effects. To my surprise, these were great! I didn’t realize 1 gummy had 1,000mg of Shilajit in it, so the first day was a bit overstimulating, as I had been taking 500mg previously. So for me, half a gummy gives me the desired benefits. Great product!

I honestly expected these to taste awful since I’ve tried both ashwagandha and sea moss before, and neither of them are particularly tasty. However, whatever they mix into this makes it surprisingly pleasant! It tastes so good that I’m tempted to take more than the recommended one a day. Yum! Energy wise, I haven't notice a difference yet but I've only been taking them a few days so far. But I have high hopes for this product and I like that if gives a full 90 day supply in one jar. That makes it more affordable than others :)

I like that I am getting a lot of the super foods, I usually do separately, in one gummy. The taste is not bud popping on the tongue, but it's not bad either. I do like the convenience and the large container that lasts months, if you take one a day. I think the square lid design is a bit of a pain to open and close, but that's manageable. Be super careful, because the gummies stick together and you may be consuming 1-3 at a time, rather than just one dose. I don't know if i can say it's properties are working in my system, but if you read what each super food can do, know it certainly is worth a try. The price point is good for the amount and quality you receive. Go get stuck on something healthy.

The flavor of the gummies is very meh. Not quite berry, not quite licorice, not quite generic fruit. It's not bad, per se, but it is definitely not good. A second issue I have is that the gummies are all stuck to each other. I have to reach in and pull out a clump, then peel them apart to get a single gummy. I've only been taking them for a week, so no noticeable effects on my health yet.

Love them and I Swear by them. I’ve been taking this and I noticed a difference in a week. Stomach has been reducing!!

Suppress your appetite, gives you more energy, taste great! Highly recommend

Original review- I’ve taken the vitamin for a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed any benefits as expected. The tastes is not great but is okay. Adding new review - changed from a 3 star to 4 star because vendor refunded my money and I didn’t expected it. It’s great for a company to back their product with a refund.
