"Manufactured by" doesn't mean the ingredients are sourced in the U. S. You can bet any food this cheap is sourced from China. That said, I can't afford to feed the 100% outdoor feral cats more expensive food. All I hope to do is to help them to survive another day.

what is the best wet food for my kitten

If you have a kitten it's probably better to try some Kitten food from a local store, try dry kitten food first to make sure they like it. In my experience start with dry food first then introduce some wet. In my experience cat poo is firmer and less smelly with dry food.
