I had to quit taking the statin my Dr put me on because it caused me to get Jaundice! I am on my second bottle of UpNourish and my total cholesterol has dropped from 184 to 166. It Works!!! My total cholesterol dropped 50 pts in 2 months
This is a natural way to reduce your cholesterol- no statins needed! My total cholesterol went from 263 to 214 in just 7 weeks! I was very diligent to take 2 pills which are big but didn’t bother me to swallow. For their size they’re super easy to swallow don’t let the pill size stop you. I had NO side effects! I did modify my diet as well cut down (not out) high fat dairy. The plant sterols help prevent cholesterol uptake in your blood and it truly worked for me!!! The cost is worth it - better than supporting a pharmaceutical with chemical toxins! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’m not a doctor but I stayed at a Holiday Inn once
I like taking these for the fact they are not a statin. My numbers per my doctor have improved and that’s all I can tell you. I’ve been taking them for a few years now and will continue to do so.
