Do the photo spaces have a plastic covering similar to a photo album?** A: They are simply in the book. There are no plastic coverings, just pages. **Q: Does it have a place for the following: baby's first teeth, first doctor's visit and first bath, and an envelope or place for storage?** A: All firsts yes. Envelope yes. Book goes to age 5 only & since most kids lose teeth around 6/7, no place for teeth. **Q: Does this have a page for prices of things when baby was born?** A: Yes it does **Q: Is there a place for baby shower guests to sign?** A: I can't find one. I think if there is anything I think it's at the back of the book where it says notes to baby.
